Introduction
These Terms of Service govern the use of the JobGet hiring and workforce platform, including the websites, mobile experiences, application programming interfaces, and related tools offered by JobGet Inc. The platform connects employers with candidates, supports screening and interviews, manages onboarding, and reports staffing analytics for professional and technical work.
JobGet Inc. is a company engaged in computer systems design and related professional, scientific, and technical services, with particular strength in computer integrated systems design. The Company operates from an office at 50 Milk St FL 16, Boston - 02109-5002, United States (US), and delivers its recruiting desk across a mix of client teams, functions, and geographies.
Reading and understanding these terms before you register an account, post a role, apply to a job, or pay for a subscription is an important first step. The same document applies whether you join us as a candidate, an employer, a recruiting partner, or a visitor, though the sections that matter most to you will differ by role.
Acceptance of These Terms
By creating an account, browsing the platform, submitting an application, posting a role, or using any service offered by JobGet Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by the related Privacy Policy that describes how personal information is handled. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should stop using the platform and clear any account you hold.
Your continued use of the platform after a notice of a revised terms set is published counts as your acceptance of the updated document, unless the law of your region requires a more explicit agreement such as a fresh signature or a click to confirm. When you act on behalf of a company or another legal body, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that body to these terms.
These terms form the entire agreement between you and JobGet Inc. in relation to the platform and replace any earlier discussions, marketing claims, or draft agreements unless a separate signed contract between you and the Company states otherwise. In the event of a conflict, a signed master service agreement takes precedence over these general terms for the specific matters it covers.
Eligibility and Accounts
To use the platform you must be at least the age of majority in the place where you live, capable of forming a binding contract, and not barred from using the service under any applicable law. Profiles, employer accounts, and paid plans may each carry their own additional conditions that JobGet Inc. states at the point of sign up.
One real person should own each account, and the acceptable forms of ownership vary by plan type. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete details during registration and to keep them updated as they change. Registering under a false identity, misrepresenting your authority, or creating accounts to bypass a suspension is forbidden.
Accounts are personal to you. You may not transfer, sell, or lease your login to another party, and you may not allow a person to act through your account without your control. Where a team or company uses the platform, a plan owner appoints administrators who manage seats, roles, and permissions within the agreed limits of that plan.
Services Covered
The platform bundles a set of hiring workstreams described in more detail on the JobGet Inc. services pages. These include Smart Job Matching, which ranks candidates against a structured role specification; Employer Brand Pages, which present a company pitch to qualified applicants; and Applicant Screening Tools that apply verifiable checks before a manager reviews a profile.
Interview Scheduling coordinates interviewers and candidates across calendars and time zones, while Onboarding Support converts an accepted offer into a tracked checklist of access, equipment, paperwork, and first week tasks. Staffing Analytics report time to offer, source quality, pipeline health, and retention to give leadership teams a factual view of the desk.
Not every capability is available on every plan. The exact services, limits on roles or candidates, and supporting modules are described in the plan documentation you review before purchase. JobGet Inc. may add, refine, or withdraw specific modules over time, and material removals are communicated in advance where reasonably possible.
Your Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials associated with your account and for every activity that occurs under them. Choose a strong and unique password, enable multi factor authentication where it is offered, and never share your login details through email, chat, or an unsecured channel.
If you suspect that your account has been compromised, change your password at once and report the incident to the JobGet security desk so that the team can review logins and limit any harm. Prompt reporting helps protect you, your data, and the integrity of the wider candidate and employer community.
You agree to notify JobGet Inc. without delay if a person who should not have access appears in your organisation, if you leave an employer that owns a plan, or if your permission to act on behalf of an account changes. Keeping the ownership record accurate protects both you and the organisation from misuse of an abandoned profile.
Subscriptions and Fees
Some services are offered free of charge while others require a paid subscription selected during checkout. Fees, billing frequency, plan limits, and any usage overages are shown before you commit, and your start date runs from the moment your payment is collected or your trial converts into a paid plan.
JobGet Inc. charges a flat monthly or annual subscription for most plans rather than a contingent placement fee, which makes budgeting predictable. Optional add ons, such as heavy employer brand pages or large analytics exports, may carry their own charges, and those prices are always presented before you add them.
A subscription auto renews at the end of its period unless you cancel before the renewal date. The Company does not automatically convert a free role to a paid one without your choice, and you will never be billed for a plan you did not select. If a discount was applied to an early period, later renewals continue at the standard prevailing rate unless a different arrangement was agreed in writing.
Payment Terms
Fees are due at the start of each billing period and are collected from the payment method you provided through a secure billing provider. JobGet Inc. does not see or store full card numbers; instead, a token issued by the payment processor is used to complete each charge.
If a payment fails, the Company will retry it and will contact you about the outstanding balance. Continued non payment of a current invoice for the applicable overdue window may lead to a pause or closure of the account, at which point access to paid features stops but your data is preserved in line with the retention and deletion rules described in our Privacy Policy.
Unless a governing authority requires different treatment, fees are stated and collected net of taxes for business customers who supply a valid tax certificate, and applicable sales, value added, or use taxes are added where the law demands it. Overdue amounts may carry the interest rate permitted by law, and you remain responsible for amounts that your organisation or payment provider fails to settle.
Candidate Obligations
Candidates who use the platform agree to provide honest and current information about their skills, experience, education, availability, and work authorisation. Misstating a credential, fabricating a portfolio, or hiding a fact that would change a hiring decision is a breach of these terms and may lead to removal from the desk.
When you apply to a role, you consent to the delivery of your profile to the hiring employer and to reasonable checks such as reference contact and verification of the training you claim. You should only apply to positions you genuinely could fill and intend to consider, so that employers and your fellow candidates are not left waiting on a phantom search.
Candidates agree to keep interview appointments they have accepted or to cancel with as much notice as possible, and to treat employer conversations, internal team details, and proprietary materials seen during a search as confidential. Respect for calendars and confidentiality keeps the desk trustworthy for every side that relies on it.
Employer Obligations
Employers agree to post genuine roles, to state compensation and location honestly, to refrain from discriminatory language, and to follow the equal opportunity and employment laws that apply to their hiring region. JobGet Inc. reserves the right to decline or pause content that appears misleading or unlawful.
Employers must use candidate information only for the hiring purpose for which it was shared, must not contact candidates outside the platform for unrelated marketing, and must protect candidate data with safeguards consistent with the standard described in the Company Privacy Policy and any signed data protection agreement.
Where the Company runs screening, interviews, onboarding, or analytics for an employer, the employer remains responsible for the underlying hiring decisions, for the treatment of applicants, and for complying with any background check, relocation, or licensing requirements connected to its roles. JobGet Inc. provides tools and guidance but does not replace the employer as decision maker.
Intellectual Property
The platform, its design, the written content, the underlying software, the JobGet name and marks, and any related documentation are the intellectual property of JobGet Inc. and its licensors. These rights are protected by copyright, trademark, and other legal rules, and nothing in these terms transfers ownership of them to you.
JobGet Inc. grants you a limited, personal, non exclusive, revocable right to use the platform for the purpose for which it is offered, for as long as you hold a valid account and comply with these terms. This grant does not allow you to resell the service, scrape its data at scale, copy its interface, or build a competing product from its material.
Anything you submit to the platform, such as a job description, an application package, or a note in a conversation, remains your content. You grant JobGet Inc. a limited licence to host, transmit, and display that content so the service can operate, and the Company respects the confidentiality of your submissions in line with the privacy terms and industry conduct.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, its users, or the hiring process it supports. Prohibited behaviour includes posting false or defamatory material, sending spam, distributing malware, attempting to access another account, testing service limits without permission, or using automation to distort rankings or inflate application counts.
Harassment is never acceptable. Do not send abusive, threatening, or inappropriate messages, and do not discriminate against candidates or employers on unlawful grounds. If you experience abuse from another user, report it through the contact desk so the Company can review the account and take proportionate action, which may include a warning or a ban.
The Company may monitor the platform for security, quality, and legal reasons and may investigate activity that appears to break these terms or the law. Cooperation with those investigations is expected, and deliberate attempts to conceal misuse, such as creating replacement accounts after a suspension, are treated as a further and more serious breach.
Accuracy of Information
Job descriptions, profiles, skill fields, and analytics are generated or supplied partly by users and partly by the JobGet engine. You are expected to populate the parts you control accurately. Although JobGet Inc. invests in verification features such as reference checks and skill quizzes, the Company cannot independently confirm everything every user claims.
Neither JobGet Inc. nor any user should rely solely on an automatically produced match score as proof of fitness for a role. Final hiring decisions belong with the employer, who should apply its own judgement, interviews, and checks before making an offer. Scores are advisory guides rather than guarantees of performance or culture fit.
If you find a factual error in a record, whether it is a profile you own or a job you posted, correct it promptly or ask the support desk for help. Keeping the desk current reduces wasted interviews for candidates and wasted reviews for employers, benefiting everyone who relies on the same data day after day.
No Guarantee of Hire
JobGet Inc. does not and cannot promise that a candidate will receive an offer or that an employer will fill a role within a particular timeframe. The platform improves the odds by improving match quality, screening evidence, and coordination, but the final decision always rests with the people and business needs on the other side of the desk.
Market conditions, candidate availability, compensation expectations, and role difficulty all sit outside the Company control. A role that is unusually senior, narrowly skilled, or paid below its market may take considerably longer, and honest guidance about that reality is part of the service rather than a failure of it.
You therefore agree not to base any claim for damages on a missed hire, a missed application, or a match that did not convert into an offer. Measurable service commitments, where they exist, are limited to the specific availability and performance promises written in a signed agreement, not to hiring outcomes themselves.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform and all of its content and features are provided on an as is and as available basis. JobGet Inc. disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non infringement, and accuracy of results.
The Company does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful code, nor that matches will always be complete, accurate, or suitable for your purpose. Temporary outages for maintenance, upgrades, or emergency repair may occur, and reasonable effort is made to keep interruption brief.
Some regions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the limitations in this section may not apply to you in full. Where any part of this disclaimer is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in force to the greatest extent the law permits, preserving the balance these terms intend between provider and user.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, JobGet Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities, arising from your use of the platform or from any hiring outcome connected to it.
Where liability cannot be excluded altogether, the total aggregate liability of JobGet Inc. for all claims arising out of these terms or your use of the service, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, will not exceed the amount you actually paid the Company in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. This cap protects the service from claims that grossly outstrip the value exchanged.
You accept responsibility for your own decisions, including the choice of whom to interview, whom to hire, and which compensation to offer. Nothing in these terms limits either party from liability that cannot legally be limited, such as liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for breach causing loss the law refuses to allow a party to contract out of.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless JobGet Inc., its affiliates, and their respective personnel from any claim, loss, liability, damage, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, that arises out of your use of the platform, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or of the rights of another person or organisation.
This obligation covers harmful content you post, misuse you commit, or disputes you create between other users as a direct result of your actions. The Company will give you reasonable notice of any covered claim and reasonable control over its defence, and it will not settle a claim in a way that admits fault on your behalf without first seeking your agreement.
The indemnity survives the end of your relationship with the platform for claims that originate during your period of use. It is not intended to make you responsible for losses caused by the Company own negligence, and it is read consistently with the limitation of liability section so the two work together rather than against each other.
Termination and Suspension
You may stop using the platform at any time and may close your account through the settings or by emailing the support desk. Employers can cancel a subscription for the next billing period through their plan controls, and services remain available until the period you paid for ends.
JobGet Inc. may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, if the Company reasonably believes continued use would create a legal or security risk, or if required by law. Where a breach is capable of being cured, the Company will typically warn you and give a reasonable period to fix the issue before access is ended.
Upon closure, candidate or employer records are handled in accordance with the retention and deletion practices in the Privacy Policy and any signed agreement. Sections of these terms that are meant to survive, including those covering payments, confidentiality, ownership, liability, and dispute resolution, continue to apply after the account closes.
Third Party Relations
The platform may integrate with or refer to third party services such as professional networks, calendar providers, background check vendors, and payment processors. Those providers have their own terms and privacy policies, and your use of them is governed by those documents from the moment you engage the third party directly.
JobGet Inc. works with reliable suppliers but does not control their availability, behaviour, or content. A disruption at an integrated provider may briefly affect a related feature, and the Company will restore service with the provider or offer a reasonable workaround as soon as it can.
References on the platform to third party products do not imply endorsement, and you should evaluate any such product on its own merits before relying on it. Where JobGet Inc. recommends a background check or other regulated provider, it remains your responsibility to confirm that the provider meets the licensing requirements that apply in your jurisdiction.
Changes to the Service and Terms
JobGet Inc. will refine the platform regularly to add capability, improve security, and remove inefficiency. Most changes need no notice because they only improve your experience. Changes that could remove a feature you rely on, alter pricing, or change these terms will be notified through a visible announcement or to the contact address you gave us.
These Terms of Service may be revised from time to time, and the date at the top of this document records the newest version. Continued use of the platform after notice of a revised terms set indicates acceptance, and for changes that require explicit consent under local law the Company will request it separately.
If a future revision forms a step you are unwilling to take, your remedy is to stop using the service and close your account before the revision takes effect for you. Acting early avoids ambiguity about which version of the terms applies to any later dispute.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms of Service and the relationship between you and JobGet Inc. are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in the United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Where consumer protection law in your own country provides different mandatory rights, that law continues to apply to you.
The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through informal discussion before starting formal proceedings. If a dispute cannot be resolved that way, any claim, unless the law requires otherwise, will be brought exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Boston, Massachusetts, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
This clause does not remove rights you hold as a consumer to bring a claim in your own country where applicable law grants it. Regardless of jurisdiction, the parties waive the right to a jury trial and agree that claims must be commenced within the time limit the law permits from the date the cause of action arose.
